Lots has happened since our last post about the building renovation taking place. For starters, we are getting closer to an actual 'opening' date. We've been asked on numerous occasions when we will open. We can tell you it will be Spring 2017, around March or April. Here's a sneak peak at the latest additions:
The rough-in for HVAC, electrical and plumbing are complete! Who would have thought that pipes could be so exciting? (Well, we do.)
Things are really starting to come together, and fast. We had our new roof installed just in time for Hurricane Matthew's landfall and our rear exterior stairs completed. Not to mention a new door in the vault that required a huge concrete slab to be removed. There's also been a lot of brick work, masonry repair, even the front exterior has started looking differently this past month.
With so many changes happening at once, it is easy to see the renovation evolving. We can't wait to invite you into this historic landmark! Pretty soon you'll be able to order a fresh cup of coffee and enjoy your mornings and savor your afternoons with us!
